clear floor
freshly waxed

heat waves rising
from sun's fractured lines
through a grimy cracked pane

locker 492
green chipped paint
                                stained with dust pebbles

but no lock

and 487
opened a crack
                         revealing blackness
and a padlock on the floor
and another note for dave
