on dinner
and a corsage
for my
beautiful
date
and for cocktails
and a limousine
and for a
tuxedo
with red lines
down the
legs
and on tickets
and on mix
for the
party
and found out
she is a
vegetarian
as the steaks arrived
and
discovered she gets
carsick
easily when drinking
and uncovered her
dislike
for dancing
and painfully acknowledged
her curfew
as i spent
all my change
on
a taxi
to take her
home
